Self Employed Telesales / Business Development Executive (B2B)
Location: Work from Home Initially (Gainsborough, Lincolnshire)
Salary: Basic + Bonus / Commission on performance
Contract: Part time, Full time, ongoing self-employed / contract basis
Hours: 9am-5pm Mon – Fri (core hours, negotiable within if required)
About the Company:
Tele2Market Limited are a new company recently incorporated but with over 25 years of telesales experience.
Its mission statement is building pipelines, generating sales.

Due to continued success and more customers we are recruiting for a self-employed Telesales / Business Development Executive to work from home initially and later from offices in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
About the Telesales Role:
- To identify / contact and secure new potential customers for the business and/or customer projects.
- To build strong relationships, ensuring continued business growth.
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years’ outbound telesales experience/appointment making.
- A confident telephone manner when talking to prospective clients.
- Experience of business to business calls.
- Ability to structure your calls.
- Commercial awareness.
- Ability to identify good business opportunities.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong self-discipline.
- Strong focus and determination.
- Knowledge of B2B services.
- A very successful track record.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Management of sales database.
- Microsoft Excel skills essential / Google apps experience.
